If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly make exchange your items within 24 hours. We shall issue 60% refund of the cost of the product (40% shall be charged as order processing charges, maintenance charges and other misc charges). The refund balance can only be used to make an exchange.

No return no exchange on custom orders or orders made to fit.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

You can return or exchange your online and catalogue purchases at Dhaagay Store. Simply bring your item(s) to a store in Mississauga, Canada and we will gladly process your request. Don’t forget your invoice! (At this time, returns and exchanges can only be accepted at store in Canada. This exchange can only be made within 24 hours with the 40% deduction.
