Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
We process your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.
1: Estimated Shipping time
- Bridals: 6 to 8 weeks
- Formals: 4 to 6 weeks
- Semi Formals: 3 to 5 weeks
- Casuals: 3 to 4 weeks
- Evening/Party wear: 4 to 5 weeks
- Sherwani: 4 to 6 weeks
- Jewelry: 4 to 6 weeks
The above is an estimated delivery time and can vary. The final estimated delivery time will be informed to you after your order is placed & processed. We will notify you through email with exact delivery time. A shipping timeline specific to your destination can be viewed as part of the checkout process. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally, a single order needs to be sent in two or more shipments. Shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
2: Shipping Service
We use DHL & FedEx to ship anywhere in the world. It take up to 7 business days to receive the delivery from the date of shipment. Delays from delivery courier are beyond our control & may occur, however we will notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delay. Some delays occur due to custom clearance which above & beyond our control.
3: Shipping Charges
These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the item. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on “the final review of your order” page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
4: Customs/Duties/Taxes
When ordering at Dhaagay for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Dhaagay.ca, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the product. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
5: To ship to more than one address
If you’re shopping for several people at once and want to ship your various items to several addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
6: Signature Required for deliver
All shipments must be signed by the authorized individual at the time of delivery, The delivery courier will not deliver at the door without signature.
7: Gift packaging
Buying a gift is as easy as buying anything else on our website, and you have the additional options of gift wrapping and adding a message.
8: Premium gift wrap
We can wrap your item in a signature box with tissue and ribbon, and include a card with your personal message. A $3 to $5 fee is added to your purchase total.
9: Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping can be added at the time of check out. Estimated time for the expedited shipping is 3 to 4 business days.
